TREOIR WORKSHOP
Facilitated by Treoir and supported by Kerry Children and Young People’s Services Committee (CYPSC) and Kerry Prevention, Partnership and Family Support (PPFS).
The aim of the workshop is to provide accurate and up-to-date information on the legal rights and responsibilities of parents who are not married to each other.
The workshop will clarify the legal situation with regard to guardianship, access, custody, maintenance, co-habiting parents, unmarried fathers, step-parents, grandparents and relatives.
