The booklet recognizes the wide range of mental health issues and identifies the various services and supports available.
THINK stresses the importance of finding the ‘right’ help i.e. when difficulties are severe – specialist help may be required.
It signposts young people and their parents, carers, and teachers to their GP, family and other health professionals and support services so as to ensure that young people access the right level of support.
