Listowel: Rainbows (supporting children & young people)
This Rainbows programme supports children and young people affected by loss because of bereavement, separation or divorce.
It provides a safe setting in which children can share their feelings, emotions and struggles with others who have similar experiences and they are supported through this process by a trained facilitator.
The programme uses materials such as journals, story books, games and activities which forms a structured programme to lead the children gently through the separation process.
