PIETA

Free 1:1 counselling for people experiencing suicidal thoughts, engaged in deliberate self harm or bereaved by suicide. We also have a 24 hour helpline 1800 247 247, or Text ‘HELP’ to 51444 – These numbers are manned by fully qualified therapists.

Samaritans volunteers are available 24/7 to provide a non-judgmental listening ear. You can call 116 123 for free from both landlines and mobiles and will usually be answered straight away.
